Website design, event registration, payments, and automated communications for a first-year professional summit.
The Brief
The Catholic Colorado Human Resources Network needed a complete digital presence for its inaugural summit. The project included developing a visual identity as well as a website that could communicate the summit’s purpose, manage registration and payments, and support attendee communications.
With multiple stakeholders and details still developing during the build, the project also required flexibility, careful client coordination, and the ability to keep moving while decisions were being made.
The Solution
I developed the summit’s visual direction, including its color palette and typography, then designed and built the website in Wix Studio. I configured Wix Events and Payments for registration and ticketing and created automated confirmations, reminders, and a fallback confirmation process.
Behind the scenes, I also built an LLM-assisted workflow that formatted registration data into concise notifications for project leaders. The result was a cohesive event brand and functional digital system that I designed, tested, and launched.
